On April 27^th, the members of the Petroleum Club Board elected Karl Leidenfrost as President, and Horia A. Enciu as Vice President for the 2026–2028 mandate.

The Managing Board of the Association, elected during the Annual General Assembly of members on March 26^th, is composed of the following members: Karl Leidenfrost (CEO, HABAU Romania), Horia A. Enciu (President of the Board, UPRUC-CTR), Lavinia Iancu (CEO, Energy Industry Review), Robert Cruceru (Attorney-at-law | Energy, Cruceru Law Firm), Constantin Ivanschi (Senior Account Manager, Honeywell), Alin Diniță (Rector, Petroleum & Gas University Ploiești), Cătălin Corâci (CEO, Valrom Industrie). The Board of directors brings together a diverse mix of backgrounds, perspectives, and expertise — an invaluable asset in guiding our operations and ensuring we stay aligned with what matters most: our members. Through thoughtful oversight and a shared commitment to excellence, the Petroleum Club Board plays a critical role in representing and advancing the interests of our energy community.

During the same Annual General Assembly Roxana Gureanu was re-elected as the Auditor of the Association for 2026–2028.
