Members’ Rights

Members’ rights include taking part in the annual General Assembly and exercising their options through freely-expressed, direct, equal, open or secret vote, while they can also be elected in the Association’s management bodies. They have the right to be informed in due time about any actions initiated by the Association and/ or about the decisions adopted by the Managing Board. Members can attend all the events organized by the Petroleum Club exclusively or in partnership with other organizations, in conditions set and made public by the organizers. They can request information about the economic status of the Association once per financial year. Members can also recommend other companies to be accepted as members of the Petroleum Club.
